Navjot Singh Sidhu's Fight With Deep Vein Thrombosis

From Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the likes of Ravichandran Ashwin and Harbhajan Singh to fellow commentators such as Harsha Bhogle, all wished speedy recovery to former India cricketer Navjot Singh Sidhu, who was hospitalised late on Tuesday after he developed a clot in his vein, medically known as Deep Vein Thrombosis. The hospital authorities in a statement assured that the Sidhu, who had been put on blood thinners and was recovering well. "His condition is said to be stable as of now," said a statement issued by Indraprastha Apollo Hospital authorities.
Ashwin, Harbhajan and VVS Laxman all took to social media to express their support towards the Sidhu family.
Prime Minister Modi called Sidhu a “fighter” and hoped that Sidhu will come out of the illness in his trademark style.
